Annual Compliance for a OPC
One person company irrespective run by one individual is also required to full fill all the requirements and compliance’s as laid over the private limited company. Below is the list of annual mandatory compliance that a one person private limited company has to follow:-
- Open a bank account
- Transfer the subscribed Amount
- Appointment of Auditor
- After the closure of Financial year prepare and file Income tax return
- Filling of dir -3 KYC
- Filling of Balance sheet and profit and loss account in form AOC-4
- Filling of Companies Management position in form MGT-7
- Conducting Four Board meeting every year
- Conducting One Annual General meeting
- Keeping the documents related to company at the registered office address
